Easy, flavorful supper tonight! One Pan dishes are one of my favorite meals to put together. The oven does all the work! I sear the boneless chicken in olive oil, s & p and place into the hot oven for 20 minutes. Add vegetables, herbs and spices, 1/2 cup chicken broth, cover with foil and return skillet into the oven and bake @ 375 F for 30 minutes. The vegetables are tender and so delicious.
