Light Summer Meal!
Easy and delicious meal! Using 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, add 1 cup low sodium chicken stock to a non stick baking dish, set aside. Pre Heat Oven 375 F. I like to season lightly with garlic salt, white pepper, dash of celery seed, onion powder then add Orange marmalade on top of each chicken breast.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. We love brown rice and honey carrots as our side dishes.
