Simpliest Loaded Baked Potato

4 ingredients that are every day staples and you have a great side dish! Large Russet Potatoes (rinse well), bake @ 400 F for 50 minutes. I use sour cream, real bacon pieces, butter, chopped scallions on top! Yum! You can add cheese if desired and really any condiments you love.

Goes great with a beef entree or just by itself!

  1. That photo makes me so hungry, Cuz! Long time since I’ve been online, but there’s a very good reason for that. The MS is winning the battle for my life, and I don’t think it will be much longer now. I’ve told my family and they are taking it well for now. I’m so tired I think I could dig a hole and just pull it in on top of myself. My level of energy is gone now, so it’s back to the nest for me. Love Ya, Cuz.
