As many of you know I love salads! I decided to make a simple wedge salad and it just hit the spot. So simple and filling. I used regular Iceberg Lettuce (use any you love or have on hand). I cut up one Roma tomato, 3 slices crispy bacon (cut), and a homemade ranch dressing.
Oh Yum!
Is your recipe for ranch dressing on this site? Love a wedge salad.

Hi Suzanne: Here it is: 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or can use minced garlic), 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8-1/2 teaspoon black pepper, optional 1/4 teaspoon dill, parsley, chives if desired. Whisk all ingredients well, refrigerate 30 minutes, serve. Refrigerate remaining dressing in an airtight jar or container. xx
