Wonderful Salmon was on sale at our Seafood Market and I could not resist it! I season each Fillet with a lemon pepper seasoning, fresh lemon juice and broil 4-5 minutes (skin side down). For the easy delicious sauce I use Greek Yogurt, lemon juice. black pepper, stir well. Spread on top, plate and devour!
Coat the cooked Salmon with the sauce and you will love the simple flavors. We love this with a green mixed salad and a vinaigrette dressing.
So light and flavorful! Yum.
I’d love to try this, Cheryl! I’m always looking for new salmon recipes. Thanks for sharing!

Cheryl, I have to be honest with you, salmon is not my fave fish but I know it’s packed with Omega-3. However, you sold me with the yogurt and the lemon juice! It looks and sounds divine. I would definitely eat this. Well done!!! XO

I hear the spring salmon are starting to run at the coast over here! My husband is thinking of taking a trip over there soon to try and catch one. Lovely, easy salmon dish!
