Valentine Cookies


These are so easy and fun to make. I use a refrigerated shortbread cookie dough-rolled thin (must be kept cold), heart-shaped cut out, baked at 400 F for 6-8 minutes, allow them to cool and decorate. I use cherry and raspberry jelly for the center heart, confectioners sugar, small gel pink icing.

Voila-lovely Valentine cookies in a snap.
