Peanut Butter bars are so yummy! Spray a 9″ x 12″ glass dish and set aside. In a mixing bowl add two cups creamy peanut butter, one cup crunchy peanut butter, 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup pure honey, and stir well to combine, transfer to the prepared glass dish and smooth out with an offset spatula. Top with 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve and cut into squares.
Great snack for the Holidays or anytime.
