"Cheffie Cooks" Favorite Original Recipes
A wonderful side dish for the upcoming holidays (or anytime). We love these red potatoes, baked with lemon butter and parsley, garlic salt, onion powder, I just peel them in the center, add into a baking dish with 1/4 cup vegetable broth, 1/4 stick melted butter 1/2 fresh lemon (juice), seasonings, cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 375 F for 30 minutes.
Great with any main dish entrée.

Whole baby red potatoes are so elegant, I always think of a prime rib dinner with new potatoes. They are so classic and delicious.
