Beef ‘n Biscuits


Incredibly easy lunch to put together-the gang loved it! I used 16 ounces fresh sirloin steak cut into cubes, 1 cup cut up baby carrots, 1 cup beef broth, one teaspoon AP flour, salt and black pepper to taste, onion powder and a few dashes of garlic salt. One tube Refrigerated Large Buttermilk biscuits.

Hearty and filling after a morning of fishing! LoL
