Peas and Water Chestnuts!
Easy side dish: If using fresh peas are not your thing, frozen (or canned) will work. One fresh lemon for juice, salt and pepper, to taste, one can sliced water chestnuts (drained). If using fresh peas or frozen allow time to boil until tender, partially drain then add lemon juice, salt and pepper, water chestnuts and cook 6 minutes on low heat. Serve and enjoy!
Everyone have a fun weekend-we will be having the anniversary party tomorrow! Woo-Hoo.
See YOU!

Good morning sweet Tyler! I love water chestnuts they are crunchy and such a great addition to the peas.

Hi Cheryl & Tyler. (What a sweet kitty!) I would have never thought of this combination, but it sounds great — and easy peasy (sorry — couldn’t resist)! TGIF-hugs.
