Yes most delays are caused by attorneys. Closing a here are such a production with anywhere from 6-8 people at the closing table , buyers and sellers each of their attorneys, title company, banks attorneys etc
You bet!! Every bite gone, no waste. My friends who came to dinner requested the same meal for Christmas, not so sure about that. Have my heart set on a roast beef.
Yes, Dad made two Standing Rib Roasts also at Thanksgiving-we did have a feast! I had to walk a bit extra on the beach LOL still at 122 lbs and 5’8″. Do you shrink in height with age, do you think???

My Mom is tiny was 5’2 now 5’1 a bit over weight I come from a very short family I am the tallest at 5’5

Yes, my Dad’s Dad (Grandpa) was a tall man 6’2″ and so handsome! I miss him a lot.
