My most favorite month (next to Christmas) is lovely September. Although, still hot in Florida the month is not loaded with as many tourists and the residents get a reprieve from the flurry of activity.

The autumn air changes in the Northeast US evenings get a slight nip in the night air and warm, lovely bright blue skies during the day. It is still DST so the day is still longer. Perfect month for birthdays and Labor Day festivities. What are your plans this Labor Day? A cook-out with family and friends? A short trip somewhere new?
