May has just flown by and June is upon us although not technically summer yet (feels like it here in sunny Florida!) it’ll be soon enough
Get out the bathing suits, FLIP FLOPS, shorts, suntan lotions and lawn chairs
Find a big old shade tree to sit under and relax, if you live near a park talk a long walk with someone
If you have a creek nearby wade in it and listen to the birds sing
Get outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine and don’t pick someones flowers along the way-HeeHee.
In closing I wish you Good Health. Cheryl “Cheffie Cooks” Wiser.
See YOU!
Oh, sitting under a tree, taking a walk, wading in a creek or stream or better yet, the ocean! I love these summertime ideas, Cheryl!

Do you all like lemon and parmesan? Blanch green beans for 3 minutes in salted boiling water, drain, add butter to a skillet, add green beans, lemon zest and juice, saute a few minutes add parmesan serve and enjoy! OR Roasted in bundles tied with bacon (snip ends) rinse, drain, roast for 12 minutes or so or grill the same. They can be frozen too! You can coat with olive oil then coat in Panko and bake like french fries/green bean fries. Woo Hoo XO Your BBFF
